  • What happens if my gate breaks down?

As soon as we become aware of a problem with any of our automated gates or security installations we will as quickly as possible make arrangements for a team of our engineers out to rectify the problem. If you have a maintenance contract with us this will be free of charge. Please call us for more information call us on 0113 3935986.

  • My gate way is an unusual size, can you still put gates on it?

All of our gates are completely custom designed. We do it this way because all gateways are different sizes. Custom designing all our gates means you end up a with a set of electric gates that are perfect for your situation. Please call us, request a call back or send an enquiry if you have any particular concerns you would like to talk about.

  • What colours can I get my gate finished in?

We can provide you with your bespoke gate finished in almost any colour you desire. With wooden gates we can also treat and stain in any colour you like. Call us on 01274 653 133 to find out more.

  • I have a long drive, will there be issues getting electricity to my gate?

We have a team of civil engineers and electricians that can take the power needed from the nearest electrical source. It may also be worth noting that our civil team will have to dig the new wires in but we always ensure that after any work of this kind we try to return the area as close to it's original state as possible unless otherwise stated during a consultation.

  • What happens if we have a power cut?

All the automated gates we make have a method of manual override. In the event of a power cut you can use this method to gain or deny access to your property as needed.

Some installations can also have a battery back up in case of an interruption to the power supply.

  • How can I let my friends and family have access when I'm not there?

Depending on the type of access you would like for your new automated gates we can either provide multiple key fobs for you to pass on to friends and family and/or we can install a key pad with separate workers access numbers so chosen people can still gain access to your property when your not there.

We can also install a postbox by your new gates if you would prefer to keep access to your property limited.
